Get Exclusive Access to Events
After making a subscription purchase, subscribers receive an email with an exclusive access code allowing you to purchase additional tickets at your same subscriber rate before they go on sale to the public.
Log in to your Louisville Orchestra account and select Renew. Your same package and seats from last season will automatically carry over. Review your order and complete checkout to confirm your renewal.
If you miss the renewal deadline, your seats will be released for sale to the general public, allowing others the chance to purchase them. While you can call to inquire if your previous seats are still available, we cannot guarantee their availability after the deadline. Renewing on time is the only way to secure your same seats from last season.
Yes. If you renew by the deadline, your seats will carry over automatically from last season.
If you’d like to renew but would prefer different seats, please give us a call at 502.587.8681, and our Patron Services team will be happy to assist you in finding the best available options.
Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another performance, subject to availability and exchange policies. To exchange your tickets, call Patron Services at (502) 587-8681.
Currently, payment plans are not available, and all transactions must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Yes. As a subscriber, you receive priority access and subscriber pricing on additional tickets throughout the season. After your subscription is purchased, you will receive an email with instructions on how to add on additional concerts and packages. Need help? Call our Patron Services team at (502) 587-8681.
Tickets will be available in your account prior to the start of the season. You may access them digitally through your account or the Louisville Orchestra app. If you choose printed tickets, you will recieve them in the mail along with your subscriber informational packet.
