What You'll Find


Mobile Tickets

Where can I find my tickets?
  • Open the LO app and select ‘Log in to access’
  • Log in to your LO Account using your email and password.  
  • Select the ‘My Tickets’ button from the account screen.
  • Select your performance from the performance listing.
When will my tickets be available?

7 days before the show your mobile ticket and Bar code will become available. You can save your mobile ticket to your phone's wallet or scan the Bar code directly from the app.

Where can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets for any concert of the season in the "Events" section of the app. 

Can I share my mobile tickets with friends or family?

Not at this time, but this feature is coming soon! Stay tuned for updates in the app.

What if I lost my mobile device or it’s out of battery at the concert?

No problem! Our Patron Services team will be on-site to assist you. Simply visit the box office, and they’ll help you access your tickets.

What if I am having difficulty accessing my account?

 

Go to the ‘Log in to access your tickets’ field on the home screen. Use your LO account using your email and password. If you forgot your login, tap ‘Forgot Login’ and enter your email. An email will be sent to you with instructions for retrieving your account information.

If you are expecting a ticket for a performance and do not see it in the app, it is possible that you have multiple accounts. Please contact Patron Services at 502.587.8681 or info@louisvilleorchestra.org for assistance with merging your accounts and recovering missing tickets.

How does the digital program enhance my concert experience?

 

The LO offers digital programs which are available in the "Digital Programs" section of the app.

The digital program offers a dynamic, interactive experience that brings you closer to the music. With rich content at your fingertips, you can explore in-depth information about each piece, gain insights into the composers' stories, and learn about our featured artists. The program also provides links to videos, interviews, and background materials to enhance your understanding and connection to the performance. It’s updated in real-time, so you’ll always have the latest details. This way, you’re not just watching a concert; you’re part of a deeper journey into the music and the people who bring it to life.

What you might find within our digital program:

  • Meet the Musicians: Dive into full biographies of each musician on stage, getting to know the artists behind the music.

Can I access past digital programs after the concert is over?

Yes! One of the great benefits of our digital programs is that all past programs remain available in the app, so you can revisit them anytime. 

What if I prefer a printed program or something to hold during the concert?

If you prefer a printed program, we've got you covered! For those who prefer a physical program, we offer concise program cards at the event, listing the evening’s lineup. Before the concert, we’ll also email you a link to the full digital program, complete with in-depth details and available to print at home if you’d like a complete hard copy. This way, you have the flexibility to enjoy the program in the way that’s most convenient for you. While we’re committed to reducing paper use, we want to ensure everyone can enjoy the concert in a way that feels right for them.
