Press Access Guidelines
- All journalists, photographers, and media representatives must request press access in advance of the event. Requests can be made through our Press Pass Request Form or by contacting our PR team at marketing@louisvilleorchestra.org
- Photography and Videography: Photography and videography are prohibited unless advance approval is provided. Approved media photographers are to photograph from designated locations during designated times.
- Social Media Posts: Live social media coverage is encouraged, but please refrain from filming or photographing during the performance unless prior approval is authorized.
- Live Streaming: Live streaming of performances or events is not permitted without prior written approval from the Louisville Orchestra.
