What do you enjoy most about performing with the Louisville Orchestra?
The commitment to commissioning new works and unique collaboration is so inspiring, and I love seeing the result of juxtaposing new and old music; whether it's watching the audience take in a world premiere, or overcoming challenges as a musician that lend themselves to both our individual and group-wide experience.
In what ways do you think the Louisville Orchestra can make the greatest impact on our community?
Taking advantage of the "small town" feel that Louisville has, despite not being a small town, and continuing to push the boundaries of collaboration and curation! Not just through music but I believe that there are opportunities awaiting us through the lens' of the other creative people in town, whether they're small business owners, musicians, writers, etc.
